How We Maintain Floors
On a regular basis we clean your floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping, based on the flooring material. For floors that are buffed, we set up a schedule to provide this service to maintain the shine that you expect. As needed, we strip and recoat hard surface floors with wax, or provide deep extraction cleaning for carpets.
For ceramic tile floors we regularly clean the tiles and inspect the grout. As necessary, grout is deep cleaned and sealed to prevent grime, mold, and mildew from discoloring the porous surface. Your tile floors are kept sparkling to maintain a great impression.
